What is the average investment cost for the Admission Process?

Why do I have to pay for the certification classes to get a job?

The opportunity to work from home as a virtual call center agent means you will be working as an "Independent Agent" , not an employee. Your status as an independd agent means that you will actually be operating as "your own business" contracting your services to our business. As with any business, there are some initial start-up costs for things such as equipment (your computer), phone line, internet, and training.

If you were to attend a trade school, you would expect costs associated with class enrollment. This will also be the case with our client sponsored certification classes, which normally run from 10 days of training up to a few weeks of online training. Class fees vary and the certification fees start as low as $4.99 up to an average of $149 based on the client you select. All certification classes are online, live instructor lead, clietn certified training programs. Once you coomplete the certification training you will begin working immediately.
How much can I earn?

$8 - $18.00 per hour (less Administrative fees) depending on the client you choose to service. Pay is TWICE per month. Arise has set a payment calendar and goes out to you as soon as we receive it from Arise. This usually on or near the 8th and the 23rd of each month. CSP's have the option of geting paid via Direct Deposit, Mailed Check, or Paypal (Payment fees do apply see Terms and Conditions)
What fees are deducted from my paycheck?

Arise deducts their service fee of $19.75 per Invoice period which covers the infrastructure that Arise provides including the Arise 24 Hour Client Technical Support and Starmatic Scheduling team. LiLaCrys Communications deducts fees that can be seen in the Terms and Conditions agreement. Both are deducted Bi-weekly (Twice per month).
How many hours am I required to work?

Through your IBO you can work as many as 40 hours per week. However your SOW minimum is 15 hours per week required under the terms of Statement of Work (SOW) on most client applications. Arise has hours for CSP's to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. the hours available for a specific client will be outline in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions process. (Subject to change)
Can I use my existing telephone to receive calls?

You need a SEPARATE POT's land-line dedicated to receiving incoming calls for some clients. This line cannot be used for any othe rincoming or outgoing personal or business calls other than Arise calls. Some clients allow a VOIP phone line; please see client information before enrolling in their opportunity. Arise does not require you to provide a separate contact telephone number.
Can I have another job or contract with another company while providing services for Arise Clients?

Yes you can! However, we do expect our CSP's to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards and metrics.
How long will it take before I can begin earning money?

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as five (5) days! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two (2) days and several weeks to complete. Once you join our Virtual Services Corporation and obtain the certifications, you are then eligible to begin earning income by servicing that client. You can begin work from home and earning income in as little as 21 days.
If I fail the voice assessment, can I take it again? and when?

You will not be able to retake the voice assessment once it is submitted.

You will not be eligible to continue in the Arise netwrk, if you do not pass the assessment (there is only ONE attempt). Any attempts to circumnavvigate this rule will result in automatic profile inactivation.

The factors that are considered when reviewing Voice Assessments are:
Call quality - clear of static, echoes, background noise
Were you enthusiastic?
Did you properly answer the question?
Was your voice clear?
Did you speak fluent and proper English?
