What to expect from your partnership:

 

• Record Keeping - A copy of your client opportunity and SOW is kept on file for the entire time frame we provide services to you

• Report Processing - You will receive a detailed report similar to the one we receive from Arise.

• Support Services - A large variety of services are provided to help you become and remain successful with the clients that you service

• Support Managers - Support Managers are in place to help with your quality and metrics. These managers will guide you on how to perform better and provide great better service to your client accounts

• Incident Research and Resolution

• Administrative Support Fee - LiLaCrys Communications top goal is to have top performing clients for Arise. In order to provide the support and infrasturcuture necessary for our clients to achieve this top performance our Administrative Support Fee to you is outlined in the Terms and Conditions document which includes the Arise service Fee of $19.75 total deduction  per Invoice period. There are two invoice periods per month. The 1st - 15th and 16th to the end of the month. The payments are processed according to the dates on the calendar on this website.

• Direct Deposit - Receive your revenue the business day following the day we receive it from Arise. No processing fee

• Mailed Check - Receive your revenue via mailed check within 5 - 7 business days. There is a $25 check fee.

• Paypal - Receive your revenue via paypal transfer with 3 - 5 business days that we receive it from Arise. Paypal payment fees do apply.

• Becoming a client - to partner with LiLaCrys Communications, Inc., enter EIN#463933842 and if you are transferring from a current IBO please enter VSCID 59202 and an enrollment counselor will contact you to conduct the welcome interview.

• Military Candidates - In order to be certfied you must pay a fee which can range from $59 - $179 to Arise Virtual Sollutions. We offer the initial certification (CSP Course $99 value) free of charge to military veterans and military spouses, and a 50% refund of certfication fees after completion of one successful Statement of Work period (SOW).
